one of the riskiest decisions is whether to become friends with your direct reports and tell them more than they should know. using my boss as someone to follow is definitely not the way to go. i need guidelines.

One day while dining at a former French Laundry chef restaurant, which we chose solely because of the former French Laundry chef, Aileen thought of a brilliant idea.
