since spring break started, i have done nothing but work, except for last tuesday. i thought it was really pathetic that i work during my last spring break and decided to go somewhere. i tried to visit nyc on monday, but things fell through. so on tuesday afternoon, i went to jacksonville.

why jacksonville? first, the flight was relatively empty and second, i had never been there before. so i flew down, and had a nice lunch and went to the river and read while sipping margaritas (i drank a lot that day, since i flew biz class with free alcohol).

when i told people this, they were a little surprised that someone could just go on a trip by himself, let alone go to a restaurant alone (which i do on a daily basis).

in any case, jacksonville is quite boring - i wouldn't go there again.
