AP pulls out of BCS?

Republican leader of the California Senate introduces resolution calling for the dissolution of the Bowl Championship Series.

In the wake of Texas leapfrogging Cal for a BCS bowl bid, the Charlotte Observer announces it will no longer vote in the AP football poll.

simply awesome.

maybe the students should stage another historic sit-in at the BCS headquarters!

my last two dinner conversations with my mom:
yesterday - kobe bryant and his feud with karl malone
tonight - texas robbing cal out of the rose bowl. that was fun, since my parents are texas alum. my mom was saying that texas deserves to go to the rose bowl because, according to an espn analyst, the bcs unfairly biases cal over texas.

what my mom made for dinner:
yesterday - new york strip steak marinated with "special blend" that was marinated for a couple days with grilled onions and mushrooms, with japanese salad with ginger dressing on the side
today - poached croaker fish stuffed with rosemary, thyme, and parsley with lemon and other stuff (i didn't eat it, because i had the leftover steak).

i love my mom.
