i was talking with aileen, and we both concurred on this observation: all of the good-looking girls we have seen in our lives combined before coming to the South does not nearly add up to the number of beautiful girls we have seen the past 8 months alone.

One day while dining at a former French Laundry chef restaurant, which we chose solely because of the former French Laundry chef, Aileen thought of a brilliant idea. Why don't we just keep track of all the former French Laundry chefs and see how their restaurants are doing? And thus, formerfrenchlaundry.com was born.
