porterhouse steak that is skirted with grilled mushrooms and onions... kimchee jigae made with fresh home-made kimchee... light salad with avacado, cherry tomatoes in balsamic vinegar and olive oil dressing... roasted chicken that was slow roasted with sage and other spices... that was my dinner yesterday that my mom made just for me and my sister. my mom rocks.

today's dinner was home made pot roast with some leftovers from yesterday. my sister and mom baked cookies and my sister made me a smoothie for breakfast this morning.

what was i thinking going to school so far away from home?!?! mrs. beaver, eat your heart out.
