private schools are awesome. so far, Tulane has sent me a long-sleeve T-shirt and Tabasco sauce. why tabasco sauce? cuz it's form louisiana. i wonder what else they are going to send me... maybe britney spears...

One day while dining at a former French Laundry chef restaurant, which we chose solely because of the former French Laundry chef, Aileen thought of a brilliant idea. Why don't we just keep track of all the former French Laundry chefs and see how their restaurants are doing? And thus, formerfrenchlaundry.com was born.
