you know, i think shows like american idol are great for our country. the people on there are so pathetic - you just realize that some of these nutcases are people who want to be deemed "idols." and you want to change. for the better.

One day while dining at a former French Laundry chef restaurant, which we chose solely because of the former French Laundry chef, Aileen thought of a brilliant idea. Why don't we just keep track of all the former French Laundry chefs and see how their restaurants are doing? And thus, formerfrenchlaundry.com was born.
