it has been a long time since i last wrote in my entry. i really don't know what i should write about. i have been busy with work.

One day while dining at a former French Laundry chef restaurant, which we chose solely because of the former French Laundry chef, Aileen thought of a brilliant idea. Why don't we just keep track of all the former French Laundry chefs and see how their restaurants are doing? And thus, formerfrenchlaundry.com was born.
